The residential sales file uses sale dates from 10-1-2014 to 9-30-2016 per State Statute.  Assessed level of value for residential property is 96% of market value.

Residential Sales

The commercial sales file uses sale dates from 10-1-2013 to 9-30-2016 per State Statute.  Assessed level of value for commercial property is 100% of market value.

The agricultural sales file uses the sale dates from 10-1-2013 to 9-30-2016 per State Statute.  Agricultural land is value at 73% of market value.  Homes sites and building sites are values at 96% of market value.
